I interpreted it as him getting a some of his own medicine.

True, he married a woman with a personality like him. I don't bodyshame both of them, but their character (delusional, entitled and self-absorbed) and their behavior (sexual harassment, blackmail, etc.) are exactly the same. They can have each other so no one else will have to suffer from them.
