Well it was just the one and it literally was published, or at least started being scanlated, the same month as this one. The manga is called Osananajimi wo Erabenai! or I Can't Choose a Childhood Friend!

I think this series is going in the identical direction of the oneshot, just that the author decided to stretch 6-7 chapters into the same plot/progress of the oneshot.

Cause I think it's fairly clear the author intends the two Miyato-sans to meet, but also either is completely bad at planning writing and hasn't planned further yet, OR chose to handle more than they actually can deal with by adding more multiverse shenanigans (as introduced by this Goddess of this multiverse lake or whatever)

It's not really the best timing for this manga to have come out huh? Another "pseudo-harem" of loving the same girl but different versions of herself came out right around the same time as this one did and has been pulling it off way smoother. Sure, this one is a dimension hopping version that was "destined to disappear" but the other one also has "love all the personalities of the girls or only the one you pick will survive" as well.

No reason they couldn't have played around with the fact he could love and save both, though given there is some type of extra-dimensional girl/god at work that would explain a little.

Funny how I can’t distinguish myself from a side profile but I can recognize my girlfriend and the people close to me even if looking at the back. Perhaps I just got used to their appearance and mannerisms no matter what the angle is.
