Okay, but seriously, what's the problem with her just going back to her original world? She couldn't just now because she was "lost" but now that she's back in MC's world, she should be able to "find her way" again. It's kind of pissing me off how illogical their being for the sake of drama. Even if you accept "she's in love so she's acting illogically," then she just becomes a really sucky person, forcing her alternate self to die for something this frivolous.

It's mentioned in this chapter that the world she's from "doesn't exist anymore". She may not even be entirely aware of the situation Jogo is being put in, but even if she is, from the look of things she can't go home anymore. So it's either "try and make a life with the man she loves in exchange for her other self dying" or... disappear forever. Even if she doesn't want her alternate self to die and is doing nothing to actively contribute to it, that's not exactly a decision anyone would be in a rush to make regardless.

Either way, it seems like the manga is finally course-correcting and we're going back in the direction of the oneshot. Seems like it'll be more of a mindfuck than that one where the MC is dating twins.

"Me when I spread misinformation on the internet."

It was never stated that her world doesn't exist anymore— I just reread the chapter, you made it up. As far as we currently know, there's nothing stopping her from going back except that she's selfish and wants to take this version of Jogo from his version of her.

I misremembered the part about her world being gone. But what was said was that she is "unable to return to her world" which is functionally the same. Either way, the manga itself is stating that she does not have the choice of going home.

She cannot, under her own power, go home. Whether she wants to or not. Hell, she would have disappeared in this very chapter, had Jogo not rescued her. So yeah, maybe consider the fact that her choices are literally "be with the man she loves" or "disappear". Which, given there's a distinction being made between death and disappearance, potentially implies total cessation of existence.

No, it is not functionally the same, because God or Whatever's whole line was: "The one you're searching for, Miyato Sui, lies in the sea somewhere here. Unable to return to her original world, and also unable to return to your world." It's pretty clearly saying that she can't go back because she is lost in the sea. Or are you going to say that his world (functionally) doesn't exist anymore, too?

Also, death and total cessation of existence are literally the exact same thing if there's no afterlife or reincarnation. We've been given no reason to believe either exists here, so don't try and act like "disappearing" is somehow worse than literally killing a person out of jealousy.

I'm pretty sure the beginning of the manga shows that she saved him, he should have died, god definetly sent other world Miyato to save him from the truck.

(Ch.6 p.28) "At first I was happy I could save Momiji-kun" and "I still want to be with Momiji-kun after all".
He either dies in her world and she was sent to save him in this one or she sacrificed herself in her world to save him and got sent to another world right before metting truck-kun (to get another chance at life like MC).

It seems like the God can't exactly influence the world and can only really move people between them sometimes, probably not back the way they came since other world Miyato almost completely "disappeared" into the sea between worlds.

And she most likely didn't even know someone was gonna disappear or some going to die since she was so suprised when she disappeared herself and came back.

I don't really know how you equate this to jealousy, god sent her there to give her another chance and to save him, she doesn't even try to keep him from dating the other Miyato.

That's really not the impression I got. I thought it was implied that she willingly came here to save this version of him. Also, she did know about the disappear / die thing, as she mentions it at the end of the first chapter: "From now on you will have to choose between a world where Sui Miyato dies or a world where Sui Miyato disappears." (Unless you think god was saying this from the heavens?) This shows that she knows how this multiverse travel works, which thus implies that she probably came here willingly. There's then probably nothing stopping her from going back ("disappearing") other than that she wants to stay with him.

I see, I didn't think that it was her saying that because I'm pretty sure that page is decicated to "the thoughts in his head" and we have him replaying gods words in his head, we see him turn around to see a black sqaure with white background where the voice is coming from, which is supposed to be a visualisation of him receiving the words of god in his head.

I'm sure it was god just listening in on his thoughts, seeing the situation and then literally saying "sorry I forgot to say one thing...".
It makes the most sense to me as he is literally standing in front of the girl from his world so there is no way the other world girl would be saying something in that moment.

Also I don't think he brings it up in front of her at all or confronts her on this, which wouldn't make much sense if she reallly did say that.

But I agree she definetly wants to be there and stay with him, probably came there willingly too after god asked her if she wants another chance and offers it (but that's just my guess).

Nice, I'm sure the author won't drag out the plot point of them meeting and fill them with unnecessary fanservice for more than 3 chapters.
