Art is okay. Story however, not that good.
As for harem part, I don't know.
Protagonist went and ahead married to the first heroine at the first two chapter, dedicated to his love, like what would people see with OTP ending. That is fine.
Though, a harem fan wouldn't get excited with that, even if they're fine with it, personally.
At least, I don't think a harem that start off with Protagonist and A Heroine just getting married would be good. But for now, I'll see how it goes.
As @Serverclosed has mentioned, the story is rather cringe to some people. So I don't think I'll even recommend this until I read further chapters.

My guess so far someone put harem tag because it's generic "I was kicked out of my party for being weak, but I'm actually OP" trash and these ALWAYS end up as harem.

Its Harem, and one of the worst, just like how most OP Protagonist x Harem manga are.
PS: I'm into OP Protagonist, and Harem. So some of you might thought I'd be loving this, but no. I'm at a total disappointment. If anyone asking why, its simply because a mediocre to meh storyline and characters.

I found it pretty funny that THE MOMENT the trope: "a deep power rests within you, awaken..." popped in, I instantly became bored and stopped flipping through it.
It's such, such a tired shounen trope. What is this, the 2000s? What's next, his friendship with his captain is so strong he evolved into a higher being? Come on, man.
If you're having a struggling MC, at least make the reason he struggles be somewhat interesting, and not some Naruto bullshit where he finds infinite power from some contrived plot reason (and genetics).
This is definitely one of these manga where I wonder why did anyone bother to translate em', this can't possibly make any money or garner any more of an audience.
