I feel like us readers know how amazing she is but to the nobles, especially to her family, because she's so exceptional (that even her tutors sees it) they see it as a liability that differentiates them. And with how sh*tty all their personalities and how stupid and incompetent they are, they don't want her to be better than them. So why not just belittle it and call it a curse instead, gaslighting her into thinking that? Especially since she's a kid, you might as well pound the stick when it's ripe.
Which you know, I think many cases it's kind of stupid and overthrown but I think this manga does it pretty well. It especially does not help that she's the former wife which makes her stand out (especially to the new wife and daughter) so let's find flaws to call her a freak of nature (because being a genius is rare so on the flipside, people can see it unnatural).

This MC is quite a bit of fresh air since instead of acting like a damsel in distress girl literally enjoys being mistreated lol. She's also ruthless and brutal honest as well, immediately claiming she won't send any money, tell the maid straight up that the house will crash and burn after she leaves, and feeling sorry for the other maid who was send along just to harass her lol.

Oh good, when I heard of MC being sold in exchange of the marriage it pissed me off, but it seems like this retards really think of her like nothing more than a servant that wil ldo anything they ask.
MC is smart but dumb as given what she did in the house she could have easily took command of it, that wasn't innocence but more like not wanting to do more than required.

Interesting story, and as stupid as some things are i can write it off but i just hate when the protags acts based on how their view of a person would react to an action of theirs, basically using imagination as feedback as in:"oh i should do this but then that person would react like this (which may or may not happen) so im not gonna do that even though i really would like to do it"
