But are you conveniently forgetting the fact that he has the dragon king and the red dragon as his allies. Or the old guy they were with for chapter 13-20 or so.
Hell, this isn't even much of a harem. Only Cordelia and Lilith are even in the running. Koharu's not really in love with Ryuuto in the WN. And she doesn't get any appearances between this arc and the latest arc in the WN.

Also, your reasoning as to exclude some group is just so arbitrary. I mean, difference in species and ages ain't posing no problem for one to become a harem member, so ain't seeing no reason why that suddenly matters the other way around.
And for this series specifically, the dragon king is clearly depicted as a bishounen, so I really can't see the reason why you put him out of the picture.

Also, male mentor that's actually a retired veteran and close male friend that's secretly a spy (or double agent) used to be the cliche back when school-setting harem is still a thing, you know?
Want to arbitrarily removes them out of your definition of "series like this" too? They used to be the isekai before isekai, you know?

@givemersspls The Isaac & Miria clones in Jobless are really the only thing I like about the LN/manga. It's possible to have interesting side characters who's lives don't revolve around the MC.

as for your claim, let's see...
there's actually only a handful chars in this series, or at least in this manga so far, that clearly fits your criteria, a humanoid male that looks to be 16-30.

Arthur,
And glasses guy avatar, i guess

Glasses totally out, MC and dragon king qualifies, while the jury still out for arthur.
I mean, the worst thing arthur's done to mc is taking him seriously when sparring

tbh tho, dragon king alone is enough to dispute your claim.

honorable mention to lucifer, adventurer guy from prev arc, the fatso, and the hero's guards that dies protecting her

So what's that again about making a lot of chars predictably bad?

In this story, if there's a male character of that age-group, then you can be pretty certain that they're going to be at least somewhat unlikable.

it's just the usual inferior complex that plagues like, every companion of op mc.

Dragon king looks like just a couple year above arthur, or on par even.
And that so-called wth moment you mentioned is just him 'daydreaming'
It's a cliche for mentor figure like him to ominously say he want mc power to destroy the world and shit yet they never follow through and mostly just being supportive instead
not like that one moment erase all of his prev moment anyway. He's clearly designed to be a decent male figure

Fatso just stuck being mentioned because hell if i know what age he is. he looks like he's 35-40 tbh

Lucifer's the playful demi-god that gives mc god eater skill last arc
The adventurer guy also from last arc, the one that guides mc in the tower thingy
The hero's guards is insignificant since their lifespan is only like half a chapter

see, now that you bring out char significance, then there's only like, 3 male char that appears to be significant

Jury still out on arthur's significancy.
