Wait, yeah... how do they even have kids there
My guess is that Autore fruit thing not only legalizes marriage, but allows them to produce a child together when consumed. No idea how that works physically, but, well, it's magic. I ain't gotta explain shit.

Additionally there might be two variants of the fruit, one for the common populace, and the mentioned Autore fruit for the saint and/or nobility.

Or the fruit is only needed for people from another world, and the changes persist to the children.

Man, I didn't remember the other Saint has this personality. I thought her personality is similar like the Second Princess :haa:

Nana's glowup continues. Alice looked wonderful this chapter as well.

I do wonder if the queen decided Eldora marry her Saint, or if she just heard what's going on and decided to try getting there first.

Also, it's nice to see the mages are just as excited as us about girls kissing. It truly is amazing. Yuri my beloved. <3

She's really asking all of what i wanted to ask when i read the first chapter, but well i believe in the world when magic exist, something such as two women have daughter together isn't something impossible.

Maybe it’s like the fate/stay night series, where Saber/Arthur consumed a portion or something, which made Saber into a man, that led to the birth ofof Mordred..
Something like that, where one consumes the fruit and gains the ability to reproduce?

Somehow it didn't register for me that men didn't exist in this world...
It being Yuri I didn't think much of the fact that all the important characters are women, but I guess my brain assumed there were a few men among the background characters drawn

Did they all collectively fucking forget about the fact that the saintess has the right to refuse the marriage? They just assume both of them will want to marry their princess.
Well, we can’t forget that this was a meeting of politicians. Despite the crisis, I’m sure there’s a couple of schemers in the room who have their own agenda and would prefer one princess take the throne over the other. Those types also do a fair bit of projecting themselves, they’d do just about anything to get ahead and assume that is the norm for everyone, including the saintesses.

I’m a lesbian reading yuri, there’s no reason for me to look for male characters in the first place. If it’s not pointed out by someone, I really will not notice their lack of existence.

I do hope this is not the final arc set up.. Usually Yuri mangas end at 25-30 chapters. The fact that we are already heading into the marriage arc, is a bit concerning.. We only had one proper arc, where our duo went out.. this arc will involve the exploration of the Eldora’s past, saving Tsubasa from getting married for political reason, the Duo getting the fruit. And if it leads you challenge then we have the matter of saving the country, with the elf being the final antagonist.
I want to explore the world more, then focus on the castle..
I really hope I’m way off with my prediction..
I really enjoy this series and I would like it to be spared from Axe-kun..

Yeah - I actually hope this series goes for awhile, because there's all the political intrigue involved in succession rights between the two princesses, the maneuverings of their court and various officials...not to mention the world building with that cloaked lady who attacked them at the lake and what all that entails.

I imagine Tsubasa bursting in at the end of this chapter is her hearing about the Queen's imminent declaration of the "Marriage Competition" from her backing within the palace - I'm sure she has a faction within the Court who wants her to be queen over Luliam (given the latter's presumed "deficiency" before Nana came along), and there's a high chance for lots of backroom dealings / even potential violence to ensure the "right princess" takes the throne.

Which, again, I hope we get to see.

This is definitely playing with the 404:Men Not Found trope where readers will assume this and that it's just an aesthetic choice that all the important characters are women...until this chapter where they hit us with the whammy of "no, there are ACTUALLY NO MEN HERE", at which point it becomes a plot point.
