i dont think the person was refering to lilum as an otherworlder, its was like that otherworlder is strong so it means we make lillum the next queen and hero, also it could mean that she was lying when they said she thought Lilum was the saint. like there is still we dont know about Lillum like back in chapter 1 she said she wanted to become queen for then was cut off, and its more likely that its realted to another parental figure than like romanctic, so is this 'evil' person related to that are they working alone or are they working with or for someone. we just have to wait to find out
