3. Any ties are broken by our residential Haikubro, @ EOTFOFYL. He will vote in each round, but a vote of his will only be counted when a respective matchup results in a tie, thus breaking said tie.

It's only really necessary in the later rounds where there are less songs, but yeah, you can tie-break early now too if you want.
