I am perfectly aware of this, both now and while I was typing my original post. I also commented in another thread that the only thing that would overturn the evidence we have on Black would be stronger evidence that convicted a different user.

Maybe that's why he never reads his notifications? It could be to make him feel as if people are notifying him a lot (which they are I guess, compared to the average user) and waiting for him to respond. Basically, it makes him feel popular.
