Did you know that the high prices usually come from the fact that there is a high demand for homes in certain locations?
In the more countryside areas, they are much much lower, due to a lack of demand.

However, "nothing is there I want" is usually the argument against it, which, in fact, is also true.
Though, it is true because noone wants to be there, due to the same reason.
This in turn causes those that provide those things you want to also not go there because none of their customers are there.
And in the end, that just becomes the self-inflicted cycle of "Everyone wanting the same location, therefore, prices spike in those locations, while the rest is abandoned.

A solution would be to organize these movings to at-the-moment empty areas with a concept planned to turn them into cool zones, but that takes effort and networking

Okay - since the entry count is low, instead of doing elimination brackets, we'll do a round robin so every entry has the chance to go up against every other entry; this results in ten matchups. Final standings will be determined by:

1. wins; if a tiebreak is needed,
2. results of the direct matchup between tied entries; if another tiebreak is needed,
3. total votes; if yet another tiebreak is needed,
4. the GFG trio gets to decide.
