so I found pinpointing cochranes age to be a little confusing as it wasn't exactly clear, but given that cochrane is smoking, they have to be 18 or whatever the legal smoking age in japan is, making them 13-ish previously, which sort of tracks. i think gospel was 2-3 years old, and he could just be a slow talker for the cute factor

Cochrane was raised by criminals and a delinquent mother so legal smoking age isn't a good guideline, but I do agree he has to be in his late teens.
