J-Novel doesn't do physicals anymore other than series they already were publishing physicals for. What they do is that they have all the physicals done via Yen Press. Yen Press generally decides which J-Novel books to do physicals of, so J-Novel has no real control over that. So if it's getting a physical, Yen Press are gonna be the ones to announce it. I'd say if it's gonna eventually get an anime, Yen Press is gonna publish it. If it's not, just wait until a few volumes are fully translated. Novel 1 just got translated by J-Novel, so just give it some time before they consider a physical.

Have tho written to Yen Press already, i wish they had surveys for suggestions like Seven Seas does, funny they actually listen to wishes for must parts unless it’s about Takizawa-san or Anjou-san 😭
