I took a quick look at the raw and your MTL manages to get things roughly right most of the time (sans nuances). I guess a part is because this manga is simple enough for MTL to get it right. But again, not all the time and with missing nuances.
The biggest offender is P1 bubble 4: "They prefer to drink the blood of young women who are active at night". Read that again and try to make sense out of that sentence. "Young women who are active at night" imply prostitutes or at least something along the line when in reality it's just 3 equivalent phrases: they are active at night, they prefer beautiful women (nothing "young" here, the "beautiful" part is missing), they suck their (the women's) blood. They = vampires. It's a bit ironic because both DeepL and GTrans actually manage to get this line correct (though GTrans is a bit dumb as usual).
I do commend your efforts cleaning and typesetting. Though, it would be ideal if you manage to find a TL.

I did think it was weird (especially the women who are active at night part, which I thought just meant women who go outside at night), but obviously couldn't pinpoint it without any experience. Thanks to you I also figured out why it translated that part so weirdly. I thought it was all one continuous sentence, not noticing that there should be some kind of break between 活動してしい and 女性, which ultimately caused all MTLs to think that "active" is supposed to describe "woman".

Anyways, I do really wish to find a TL who can help me, but because I'm so new to the scanlation community I have no idea how to go about it. Social anxiety also makes it hard for me to just approach people. Hopefully it will work out.

(Btw, I'll fix it as soon as I can, but I'm also still a bit confused on the young/beautiful part here. MTL always uses "young", despite the kanji just being woman. Don't know if the "beautiful" is part of the nuance stuff that I'm missing or not.)

Aight, don't have the raw right now since I'm on phone but if I remember correctly, it's "夜に生活して,美しい女性を好んで,血を吸って". No commas of course but I put it there to make the 3 phrases clear. Women who are active at night would be 夜に生活する女性 instead.
