mm could be, but her husband feels way too relentless. feels like she got trapped into it somehow, arranged marriage? or something even more high-stakes, maybe? i don't see why the story would put so much emphasis on kaede "having some reason" otherwise, unless it's just ai's wishful thinking, but i highly doubt it
