It was an interesting read. I was hoping for something more lighthearted and gay from the title but I liked it quite a bit. Neither of the kids love are going to work out obviously but that's youth, right? I also appreciate the protagonist being larger without it being used as a punchline or anything. Just what he looks like. I don't think I'd continue reading if this got a series but I'd recommend this one shot to people.
