Translation seems kind of off at some points, but from what I can make from the prologue, it seems like the Mc got used as a dual cultivation furnace for the Saint, who ascended to immortality before leaving him behind with seven children from the time they spent dual cultivating. So I think all his children are part of his harem? Because on the Chinese sites I saw this title on, they had the harem tag. Imma add it now.
