I’m a little confused with the time line. So Yu Yin died and was reincarnated into ‘present day’ but then was sucked back into the past because of a spell. But in this ‘past’ he’s already dead. For how many years? His old body was still... there, but that purple eyed guy had a teenaged son already. So that means that Yu Yin’s been dead for at least like... 10 plus years? But all this old classmates and friends still look young. Expect the emperor. And the people still talk about him and the Phoenix girl like it happened recently?

Sigh, I need a timeline. XD It doesn’t help that Bei Xiao is so tight lipped about what happened in the past.

I think it's the high levels of cultivation that allow Yu Yin and his disciple siblings to remain young looking. And I'm guessing that the whole body thing is either related to him being called an immortal, or some other plot hijinx that will be revealed
