Well, from a strictly biological level there is not that much risk of having children with cousins.
Siblings and parents is were it goes very wrong.
I know a couple of old ppl in my town who married their cousins and none of them had problem having children.

What others think and how they will treat you is really the only issue tbh.
Which is kinda idiotic because ppl should mind their own business to begin with.
