This premise is definitely solid enough for a full series. Showing their perspectives before their reuniting and the pain brought by an undue mourning, the possessed becoming accustomed and then later grateful to the soul now occupying a part of her, the difficulties resulting from having two people occupying the same body (both interpersonal and perhaps in other ways? like suddenly not knowing how to drive a car when it switches to the young girl lol). The overarching theme... togetherness? Or maybe communication? You could spin it a lot of ways. I could see like three or four volumes for sure, a skilled enough writer might be able to eke out another volume or two beyond that before running out of meaningful things to say.

I mean, sometimes an idea or story is better suited to a one-shot. This is definitely one of those ones where time and development of character would further the idea more than the brief slice of a one-shot though. It was still good.

There's no way this hasn't been written before, does anybody have a rec similar to this concept but longer? I realize I'm late to the party so maybe I'll never get a response but still.
