I can explain why, because Enelreturns never once asked for a kiss from Office Lady Officers, they simply assumed the series was dropped even though it was consistently uploaded and then made a bunch of faux pass, got mad when told they did faux pass, and then doubled down on it out of spite.

Just to make a point, a  lot of Enelreturns faux pass were perfectly forgivable and understandable because they're a newbie and don't know how things tend to work here, but things quite quickly turned sour for various reasons and they're pretty much clearly continuing mostly out of spite now.

I’m honestly more invested in the sniping drama than the series at this point

And that's kinda sad. Because the story is pretty cute, it deserves getting a proper translation.

I did read the whole thing on some other site a year or so ago. And from what I remember, the translation there was...not very good. So I was pretty happy that it was getting a good translation, before all that drama when that Ethelsomething person started.

I mean, at least that person's translation wasn't completely the pits. They sucked in the "putting everything together" department, but the dialogue sounded natural. This here... doesn't. And that's a shame.
