I think either Justus lied, or he just didn’t realize how strong Harold is.

Could it be that Justus acted like a NPC following a script

So like in the game reg harold would have had to use the sword multiple times to survive hence having less then 2 years
But in this world MC is already OP so he barely had to use the sword to survive

Hence harold could have more then 2 years to live and Justus just assumes he doesn't thx to following the script?

I think that's the point, it was a childish play by Itsuki back during the tournament arc when Harold was supposed to be hiding his identity (& noble status) and then Itsuki gave him a fake name that made it so that everyone calls him Lord
