She wrote a novel. Calling it now. She's the writer. Fiddling with that shell earring is yet another hint. Shell is Kai (貝), in Japanese - secret writer is named Makigai Namako, where Makigai (巻貝) means spiral shell.

Not that it's hard to infer when Iroha is already the secret seiyuu in their game circle. The only other named candidate left is the company prez uncle and that's almost impossible that it's him.
