Other commenters have suggested she couldn't handle the intimacy of an impending kiss; I'm more on the side that thinks she needs to initiate the first pass and at a completely unexpected moment.

Not sure what Kisaki is thinking... But it does seem that she has some specific intentions related to the way that she initiated a change in him. Avoiding the kiss, and the way she subconsciously reacted to the mention of how he'd changed, ought to be part of that... Maybe it's something like "play a little hard to get, to cultivate his obsession with me"? But I didn't expect Sakurako to suddenly show up with a dramatic mood. I wonder if she's figured something out about Kisaki's recent intentions.
