really hoping this just stays fluffy, but it's a hard balance to strike. if it goes too vanilla romance then the premise is wasted and if it goes too dramatic/psychotic then it stops being fun and cute

This chapter reminded me that aside from wanting to be the only one who spends time with him, and monitoring him constantly and using subterfuge to lay the groundwork for their relationship... She's honestly not that deranged. At least, no clear signs of violence or physically forcing anyone in any way.

But I guess from the way he's raving about it over the phone, even just her insane staring is enough to make his heart race, so it looks like they're getting along well so far.
