I think it was said in one of the recent chapters that evidence was hidden in a ditch near Kyoichi's apartment, which was only known to Tetsuo and Kasen. Tetsuo stayed with Kyoichi the entire time, so that leaves Kasen as the only one capable of getting inside in their absence. The question is how? And when did Tetsuo relay the money safe passkey to her?
