Me too, I'm more curious as to why would anyone use SQL to sort magic spells... Is magic of the planet bound to the SQL? Or is it free as long as anyone can create a kind of system? And SQL based magic is just unique to this country alone?

Having a magic language being a programing language is not that uncommon.
But i think this is the first time i ever seen anyone use SQL.

That's why I'm curious to what extent this SQL magic system stretches? That country alone or the whole planet? If it's on planetary scale, then the creator of that planet must have a connection to Earth or similar planet with similar level of technology
