It would certainly be more interesting if she went overseas, at least temporarily, as her career and life situation are mostly solved and stable by now. The one issue is that she hates being away from Lin Wenjing, even for short amount of times, when there is a business trip for one of them. How they resolve that with a longer distance move would be interesting and involve changes to their relationship.

I don't see her leaving Seahorse Games permanently. She likes it there and seems less ambitious than Song Mingna, so she'd rather than enjoy her current work life balance and time with Lin Wenjing than develop her career as much as possible. That doesn't mean she has to stagnate, but she wouldn't blow up a situation she considers extremely good for her for the sake of a more high ranking or better paid position.
