Whether a series gets a physical release is complicated and I'm by no means an expert on that subject. I've seen popular series like My Deer Lass get a physical release as well as less popular series like Miss Mermaid (which even has a german version) but then a genre staple like Soulmate was going to get one but it didn't work out (not entirely sure why)
I'm sure a lot of the usual things go into the deciding what gets a physical release (licensing, demand, etc). But there's also things like whether the longstrip nature of these comics can be rearranged/redrawn for a book format. And then, because these are manhua, whether the story would require further censorship in the phyiscal release (Tamen de Gushi being a prime example)
