Yeah, I stop thinking a long time ago lol. Like it's been a while but didn't the FMC, with the help of mad scientist JK, turn the MC into a dog forcibly and loss control over his own body for her own benefit knowing that her friends/family/teacher were worry about MC.

They had revelation revealed and looked like things were going get dark/serious for a nano second but then we had JK taking drug or some shit in having milky tits lol and move on from that point lol

You're almost right. Them ad scientist did turn the MC into a dog, but the FMC is completely unaware of it. Still don't know why the scientist wants to mess with FMC though.
