Now I am even more confused about her powerset. At this point I'd guess the injection is how Taya is messing with the harlot or something.
Confirmed:
1) She can make webs. Multiple prior instances of this, so seems pretty confirmed.
2) She can shapeshift. Illusion/psionics could achieve similar results, but the flashback of her as a child points to shapeshift.
2a) The hair cutting chapter where she regrew her hair could be from either 1 or 2, but im leaning 2.
Its really the whole deal with the harlot that casts doubt on additional powers. Supposedly in their first interaction, she injects blood as a pseudo curse. In their second interaction, she supposedly explains it wasnt blood but spiders, which are in her eyes. Then she communicates to the harlot in a way only the harlot could hear, and sees her finger whole again. I am of the opinion that
3) she can inject spiders as she stated, and her spiderlings can do what she can do.
Notice that in
ch39 p3 theres a tiny spider looking thing on the harlot's shoulder as she ran away. This could be either to keep tabs on her as she left, or to reinforce her previous 'curse'. Then in
ch41 p1 and 2 you can see her ring finger starting to reform, then in page 3 its fully back as she points. Its always the right hand being shown. You can explain the events with injected spiders. Injected spiders could stop a heart, if she so wished. 'Telepathy' could be just localized communication from the spiderling. Reforming the finger could be akin to the spider shapeshifting into the finger, or spiderlings causing her to shapeshift, or regrowth via webs like the hair regrowth deal.
The only thing that isnt able to be explained by spiderlings and her previously established powerset is the harlot seeing/feeling being dismembered. You could sorta say spiderlings and induced nerve stimulation could explain that, but its a bit of a stretch.
