Man, I can't believe Haru's Dad just allowed his son to believe in his delusions and didn't intervene to tell the truth until now. I can respect the Dad's decision to not say anything when Haru was a kid but allowing this unhealthy coping to develop to Haru's teenager years without doing anything about it is shameful to see.

I mean I’d argue the appeal of the series is a broken man at his lowest point being healed by the genuine love and a support he didn’t get from humans, but now gets from his inhuman gf.
