@Caul Yes, in fact there are multiple parts of that word that make no sense, etymologically, being just thrown in there for length. "Hippo" means "horse" for example ("hippopotamus"="river horse", and often the troll version even includes the "poto" from it), and "monstro" for monstrous, I assume. But "sesquipedalophobia" by itself means a fear of big words (and is somewhat large, at 18 letters, but only about half the length of the intentionally elongated form), so there is no reason to add on to it, other than to be a troll.
