Anyone with tied up hairs will have spares lying in their pouches or backpack from years ago.

Also what kind fo store sell small ass hair ties like that individually... Those are generally sold in packs of 50 to hundreds....

...how can someone have only one hair tie? I think that's the most unrealistic thing I've ever read in a manga, and I read a lot of manga.

This is going to really bother me. Every time I look at this manga, It's just going to make me think about the fact it was written by someone who thinks you pick out and buy hair ties like jewelry.

I'm really bothered.

@farwind in japan it is legit like that. They sale hair bands and clips separately with designs..and someone who has had very long hair...trust me..you always have that one that never gets lost or stolen...so yea having just one is very realistic

As a guy with long hair that regularly ties his hair when he goes out and about, yeah, I have a bunch of plain black ones on hand in at least one pack, though I often use the same few until they're too worn to use.

But I had no idea Japan had a market where you could by them singly like that. Kinda weird, but I guess I shouldn't be too surprised they end up treated like other accessories over there.
