They're tagged as "volumes" on kindle

And canno said this is the second book, so i supposed the chapterings as is

Also, chaptering really doesnt matter that much here, since its more of a doujin type as such, you can view it in any order, or select episodes only pertaining the character which is the method of release in this manga, kinda similar to Sorry But Im not Yuri
