Nah, first you should ask your partner why is he\she allows to flirt with them if that's the case. And in this chapter it's definitely the case. This guy is maybe an asshole, but Miku acted pretty shitty here as well.

Miku clearly wasn't taking that guy seriously at all. If you're her husband and you doubt that, you're really insecure and frankly kind of a pain in the ass. The guy was really rude though, so it'd be pretty reasonable to make him leave and report him to his employer though. Their employees harassing the magical girls at their homes and picking fights with their family members seems like bad PR.
