If they knew beforehand, they might do something drastic especially when China limited Chinese families to only one child per family.Why would the doctor (in Korea?) not tell a couple if they're going to have fraternal or identical twins ? And more so if the couple is asking nicely...
If they don't want to know as to keep it a surprise okay, but if they want to know as to prepare (baby clothing and toys) it's a bit improper not to know...
