I saw both mine being born it's weird he left the room.
I was wondering that too. Does China not allow family in the delivery room?
I was wondering about that too since I'm not at that stage of life, so I looked it up. While traditionally, dads don't accompany the moms for delivery, I do know that it's definitely not the same case nowadays.

Anyway, apparently, the default is to have the dad outside the delivery room, for various reasons including hygiene. However, hospitals do offer the option of accompanying delivery, with the condition that a consent form is submitted, both parents take predelivery (prenuptial? Forgot what's the right word in English) courses, and receive acknowledgement from the obstetrician (natural birth would be simpler than a c-section scenario, for example).

Rather than making them look ugly I'd rather the artist make their skin tinted more red and look soft and fragile, they just look old here 😂

Probably didnt want to create too much drama with it due to the calm and comedic mood they going on
There is also the fact that child birth might be too graphics

Prenuptial is an agreement signed by both people prior to marriage.

Prenatal may be the word you are looking for which is the preventative Healthcare training women get prior to giving birth.
