i don't know if your chapters are real or fake because they keep being rejected by the mods, but the last mod said that you have to upload a zip file with no folders inside for it to be accepted.

If they're using like 7zip, in the folder with the images, you highlight all the images, right click and there is an option for

7-Zip -> Add to "Folder Name.zip"

Been doing that maneuver a lot with various minecraft resource packs this week.
