Glad we got a happy ending but it was a little rushed imo. Would have benefitted from one or two more chapters to let it breathe a little more. Or just ditching the "craving to eat him" subplot would have made enough room for it to fully play out, probably

This was a pretty good run. I like the idea that this adrokable couple got way too caught up in a proof if their love.

Wataru got caught up in the egg as a symbol of their love because that's how Kosame described it. Kosame got caught up in the idea of the marriage ritual because of her instinct and time made her forgot of what would happen to the male significant other.

It was until they got separated they realized that those things arent as important as they thought they were. It was when they made the pinky promise. And I like we as readers were led along with their journey in what they got caught on, we almost forgot about it. Which makes this panel really impactful.
