Obviously the story's over so we'll never know what happens after this, but using my powers of media literacy and pattern recognition I'd say it's pretty safe to theorize that once he goes off to university he's gonna end up in a college club with some girl(s) who are gonna try to get close to him after he pulls some kind of shoujo male-lead move but he'll be too dense to recognize it and assume they're just friendly, meanwhile he's gonna be blowing up Asahi's phone on a daily basis to interrogate her and make sure she's not talking to any other men.
