Author's gonna get banned from pixiv at this rate. Depictions of rape are a big no no now. That's was the entire point of rebooting this manga, the original was all rape and went against the new guidelines.
Well... it pixiv allows some work like r8p with consent like those in development diaries.

The Blurp Blurp is because in Japanese was "ぐ぀" witch is Gutsu, Which (according to Google) is the onomatopoeia for boiling water and "ぐ぀ぐ぀" with Is Gutsu Gutsu with means slow cooking. So I looked up the onomatopoeia for "Boiling water" in English and Google said "Blurp Blurp".
I've never heard "Blurp blurp" in my life, it sounds like a weird burp effect lol. I think something like "Bubble bubble" is more common for boiling water.

And the "I Will do it" come from The "やるげゃん" That is separated into "γ‚„γ‚‹" "Do" with can be eat, and "げゃん" Used to refer to a man you are related to or refer to formally to a man. That's why I translated it as "I will do it" Do what? "Eat the food you made" Yes, I was able to do a "Let's eat, Brother!" Or somethin' like that, but... I didn't do it that way, Maybe I'll change it later. But thanks for commenting πŸ”₯
Sorry, bit late with the reply here, but I think you've misread this. It's a small "っ", so it's actually "ぐっ" (gu) rather than "ぐ぀" (gutsu), so it's like a nervous swallow or gulp type of noise.
