She did not, we're in completely new territory as far as previous "versions" of this story go. Last bit of apocrypha was the teacher sexually exploiting the sister for grades for the Fanbox stuff and the pre-serialized timeline had the Christmas stuff which was just pure wholesomeness.

I don't get the vibe that this new girl is going to be in cahoots with the teacher in any way but rather just a typical honey trap unrelated to anything else that will get in Tanuki's way and distract him from his true goal. She seems to have the hots for him judging by her behavior when he suddenly comes in and volunteers to take over Tanaka's spot.

In short; she'll try to rizz him up, he'll (mostly) ignore her and focus on saving his sister, she'll notice his sis-complex and poke him about it, drama ensues, ???, profit. Best Ending is she becomes friends with his sister in an effort to get closer to him so she gets another female friend who isn't a bad influence on her but I'm not holding my breath.
