It is basically saying that ''I hope you are adopted'', it is kinda weird but he is kinda a weird guy so it fits I guess.

Either that or "I hope you don't end up with siblings" either he's saying that he hopes no more weirdos like him are born, or he hopes he doesn't end up with a sister due to the incestual bs that's coming out of his mouth
