To be honest I thought this was going to turn into the brother grooming his vulnerable sister but it's surprisingly wholesome.
Hope it doesn't go into the incest route but I don't have high hopes for these japanese stories.

Sometimes you just never know what the author might cook, the possibilities of being blindsided by ntr,incest or sexual harassment in this manga does not seem low.
It's clear they're bro con and sis con but I get the feeling it'll just turn into mc trying to protect his sister from people in her past and she returns to how she was b4 all the shit she went through.
I think the hate comes from knowing what happened to her in the 18+ version of the story which is completely unrelated to this one I believe, so far this version has been pretty wholesome but the dark and lowkey sexual implications (sometimes even the art is disturbing) are quite off putting.
