@ilvanezzo there is a Fist of the North Star movie with that in its name, and the Japanese wikipedia article for 世紀末 lists a few movies that embody the theme and the list includes Escape from New York and Mad Max. I thought "dystopian" was a better word than "post apocalyptic" (it also fit the speech bubble way better) to describe a school system and both convey a sense of societal collapse.
