This guy is just posing his own traumas onto Nana. We see a Sub who's a sub and supports Kaoru, and then a dom who forces himself to Nana.
He doesn't understand SM outside of "rough" cause he probably never had an actual connection. Just by these scenes alone he doesn't communicate (and an annoying troll, on top of that)
He is the opposite of Kaoru
