Obviously this is a manga so it doesn't particularly matter, but for anyone reading who may be interested in trying out bondage: Never leave your partner tied and unattended. Kaoru was obviously there, but the statement about the rope getting close to her neck is a reminder that things can always go wrong. Circulation can be cut off, things can untie and get wrapped. Be careful and be safe.
