Noipa-chan is his active project at the moment. And that's published in a monthly magazine (Comic ExE). Yokubou Pandora isn't axed either, he's just taking a break from it. In the most recent issue of Comic ExE, he published a special chapter of the characters from Noipa-Chan and Yokubou Pandora interacting with each other. And the cover for this month's Comic ExE is of Roselia from Yokubou Pandora and Noipa together.
Hizuki Akira is one of Comic ExE's more popular artists, they're constantly getting promotion and doing extra art for the magazine. So I don't think they can afford to axe any of his works. They recently just made a
new label of the magazine that specializes in obscure fetishes and yuri works, then they named a part of it after Noipa. I believe he works with the artists in that label and helps promote them.
