I don't know what season refers to, but that page definitely mentions a "season 8". Maybe it means that work on 7th arc is finished, and author started to work on the 8th one (so this girl might be the 7th teacher). That said, i don't know how many chapters are already released in the Weekly Young, so i may be mistaken.
And yes, going by covers, yandere looking girl is going to be featured in volume 6.
